As the first and last face our clients see, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in our clinic's daily operations. This position combines top-tier customer service, administrative support, and compassionate care. You will manage the front desk, streamline communication between clients and medical staff, and ensure every pet and owner feels welcomed, supported, and valued.
